Insight Global Pharmacy Administrative Analyst in Akron, Ohio

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Pharmacy Administrative Analyst to join a home health healthcare provider sitting onsite in Akron, Ohio. In this position, the Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational and administrative functions within the home infusion pharmacy setting, collaborating closely with staff and other healthcare professionals to optimize processes and revenue, maintain compliance, and contribute to the overall success of the pharmacy.

In this role, the Analyst is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to affiliate pharmacy management, managing time, information, and communications reliably and professionally using sound judgment.

This is a full-time, permanent role with competitive compensation starting at $55k/year and offers options for benefits.

Day-to-day responsibilities are as follows:

  • Administrative support

  • Pharmacy process improvement

  • Drug supply analysis

  • Insurance contract analysis

  • Ad hoc data analysis

  • Communication and collaboration

  • Training and development

  • Project management

  • Quality assurance

Skills and Requirements

  • Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License (Registered or Certified)

  • Prior pharmacy experience

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and pharmacy management software

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards applicable to pharmacy practice

  • Knowledge of insurance and third-party payment systems null
