You\'ll guide them through personalized solutions that help them save more, achieve financial goals, and feel confident about their future. What You\'ll Do * Empower Members (40%) Educate and guide members on financial strategies, from credit building and mortgage lending to savings and budgeting Provide proactive solutions to help members maximize their financial potential Teach members how to use digital banking tools for their convenience *Deliver Exceptional Service & Drive Growth (30%) Build strong relationships, uncover member needs, and offer personalized solutions Help members navigate their options with confidence and ease Contribute to branch success by meeting goals in loans, memberships, and financial protection products * Ensure Smooth Operations & Compliance (20%) Manage transactions, maintain records, and ensure accuracy in all interactions Stay up to date on policies, regulations, and financial trends Take ownership of tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions *Engage & Solve Problems (10%) Handle member inquiries with care and efficiency Conduct outreach efforts and community engagement to strengthen relationships Provide creative solutions to financial challenges members may face What You Bring * Passion for financial wellness and a desire to make a difference * Strong communication skills- you love explaining financial concepts in a way that makes sense * A natural ability to connect with people and build trust * Drive to meet and exceed goals while maintaining exceptional service * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or financial services is a plus! Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of customer service or sales experience Experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services preferred Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work both independently and as part of a team Spanish proficiency is a plus (bilingual pay differential available!)
