Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and analytical individual to join our team as a Compliance Support Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Compliance Manager to ensure our client organizations meet all regulatory requirements and internal policies while effectively managing risk. Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation, administration, and maintenance of compliance programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure they comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and report compliance issues and complaints to the Compliance Manager. Report compliance aspects of incident response on privacy events.
  • Work cross-functionally to implement compliance strategies that align with our client's business strategy and goals.
  • Prepare regulatory filings and reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory issues and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of compliance-related communications and training materials.
  • Perform high-level administrative tasks.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulatory prose as well as general business protocols.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools.

Knowledge Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in a compliance department within the manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Similar experience in an advisory, compliance, or legal services role or related field will be considered.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
  • An associate's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.

Ability to Implement:
