Marketing Associate R34208
The Marketing Associate creates excitement and drives preference for multiple brands in the company’s portfolio through meaningful communications, storytelling, relationship building and brand alignment. The Marketing Associate will create digital content designed to engage various audiences on social media, web, video and more. This team member will work collaboratively with marketing colleagues, functional teams and external partners.
YOUR IMPACT:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Create captivating social media content and campaigns for various platforms.
Assist in website content development, SEO and SEM campaign creation and execution, and long-term channel maximization strategies.
Support the development of product and company focused videos for various digital platforms.
Support a world-class customer experience for company events ensuring communication content development, application and execution.
Work collaboratively with Marketing, other functional groups, agency partners and other external partners to help achieve team and business strategies.
Contribute to consumer and competitive research projects.
Write and edit internal and external communication elements such as speaking notes, press releases, social media posts, case studies, presentations etc.
Monitor and measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Support multiple projects with competing and conflicting timelines and priorities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
Internship experience.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong writing and editing skills.
Graphic design experience.
Video creation and editing experience.
Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency using business software including Microsoft Office suite.

Pay Range:
$50,400.00 - $77,200.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
