System One Billing Work Order Coordinator in Arvada, Colorado

System One is actively seeking a Billing Work Order Coordinator for a long-term contract position located in Arvada, CO.

This position will be working a hybrid schedule: Tuesday to Thursday in office, Monday and Friday remote.

Billing Work Order Coordinator will be supporting job runners, PMs, coordinators, department managers, and operations managers.

Billing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Billing is high volume work, repetitive high-volume work daily.

  • Weekly vendor meetings.

  • Research work orders and PO errors.

  • Up to 100 entries daily depending on the workload.

  • Communications with job runners, PMs, Coordinators, and Operations Managers.

  • PO and work order resolution.

    Billing Coordinator Requirements:

  • Requires good Excel spreadsheet knowledge, Microsoft 365 Office

  • Must have experience with work order and PO through SAP.

  • Customer service experience, dealing with people on a day-to-day basis.

    Project Location: Arvada, CO

    Contract Duration: 12-Months (possible direct for right candidate)

    Hourly Pay Rate: $32-$35/hr.
