Thermo Fisher, a leader in the medical equipment industry, is seeking a Medical Refrigeration Assembly to join their team. As a Medical Refrigeration Assembly, you will be part of the assembly department supporting the production of essential medical refrigeration units. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Medical Refrigeration Assembly
Location: Asheville, NC
Pay Range: 18.00-19.80
What's the Job?
Assemble medical refrigeration units according to specifications and quality standards.
Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to ensure functionality and safety.
Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.
Document assembly processes and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
Experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably in a medical or technical field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools.
