Mawa's Kitchen Assistant Operations Manager in Aspen, Colorado

Will plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the restaurant/s owned by the company. Duties and responsibilities include managing daily operations, ordering/purchase of restaurant supplies, food, vegetables, condiments, drinks and other needed items. Will hire and train employees of the restaurant/s. Will be responsible for the administration of personnel, purchasing, and other products/services offered by the restaurant/s. Will review financial statements, sales reports, or data to measure if goals are met and to identify areas needing cost reduction or food/drink improvement. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Will monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed products within budgetary limits.
