TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Aspen, Colorado
PERMANENT JOB OPPORTUNITY!
Job Description:
-Processing transactions
-Cash checks with assigned limits
-Responsible for daily cash settlements and proof transactions
-Open checking, savings, money market and certificates of deposit accounts
-Orders check and ATM/Debit cards and provides started checks for new accounts
-Upsells customers to open, develop, and close sales
-Identifies customer's financial needs through in person meetings, referrals, marketing, etc.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of banking or teller related experience (cash
-2+ years of cash handing experience (must know how to count money)
-Any experience with fraud or auditing is a bonus
-3+ years of general face to face customer service experience (ability to build relationships with customers that come into the branch_
-Strong customer service skills and
-Someone who is coachable and able to receive feedback
-Comfortable working in a small team environment
-Someone who is coachable, dependable, and ability to take control of their career (someone who takes ownership)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 8am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
