DaVita Project Analyst, Accounts Payable in Auburn, Washington
3201 S 323rd St,Federal Way,Washington,98001-5023,United States of America Job Description Essential Function Reporting (International/Domestic) Prepare, modify, and develop selected reoccurring and ad-hoc Cognos reports. Design queries and manipulate large volumes of data. Apply reasoning and creative thinking to turn abstract concepts into decision making tools and reporting. Process Improvement Provide and recommend technical solutions to optimize data management and improve business processes. Work with others to remove obstacles to achieve team and department goals. Utilize Alteryx, macros, and VBA to streamline processes. Innovation Work with IT, Concur, and International/Domestic stake holders to test and implement application enhancements and modifications. Implementation of new applications or additional functions in current applications - including testing, documentation, and support. System Maintenance and Support (International/Domestic) Support and maintain SAP Concur Troubleshooting day-to-day issues with users using ticketing system. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required 2-4 years of experience High school diploma Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and M365 Office Suite General Computer Knowledge Preferred SAP Concur Cognos Knowledge of T&E Business Expense Knowledge of Accounts Payable Functions Experience Leading Projects TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS Travel: Slight travel may be needed for this role to achieve additional training and/or development. 1-2 times a year. Nights/Weekends: May be required to stay late during month end close and system verifications. 1-2 times a month. Language Skills Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
