ActionLink is seeking National Sales Representatives who will drive monthly sales goals for our client’s Power Sports products while serving as a technical expert in product assembly, customer issue resolution and merchandising. This role combines hands-on mechanical skills with sales skills to deliver end-to-end support for retail partners and at-home customers. The primary focus is achieving revenue targets while balancing in-store execution, technical support, and customer satisfaction. *This role requires extensive travel (39 weeks annually). *
What we offer:
Scheduling: This position offers up to 40 hours per week. Project hours and times fluctuate, so flexibility is required.
$28.00-$30.00 per hour with bonus potential aligned with program success

Gear up for Success and Take it on the Road:
Sales & Revenue execution by meeting monthly sales targets through consultative selling at partner retailers.
Process "sell-in" orders using ActionLink systems while monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages
Identify upsell opportunities through product knowledge of client's power sports line
Technical support & resolution involves 90% + of mechanical issues onsite for min-bikes, go-karts, golf carts and gas-powered equipment
Conduct at-home customer visits for complex assembly/troubleshooting (50 visits/month max)
Train store associates on basic maintenance and warranty processes
Merchandise products using planograms and safety-compliant displays
Submit daily reports via mobile device on sales metrics, inventory needs, service resolutions and customer feedback
Coordinate with project managers to address supply chain delays impacting sales
Achieve 4.8/5+ average satisfaction scores across retail and at-home services.
Document technical solutions for ActionLink knowledge base.
Adhere to the guidelines of the ActionLink Travel & Expense Policy as travel is required.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; technical/sales certifications in small engine repair or power sports preferred
3+ years of combined experience in retail sales, mechanical troubleshooting (mini-bikes, go-karts, golf carts) and customer service
Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to transport tools/parts
Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
Basic proficiency with mobile devices and reporting systems
Proficiency with Excel for inventory tracking and basic reporting
Physical Requirements:
Able to travel extensively by vehicle (39 weeks annually)
Have and maintain a valid driver's license and able to rent a car under ActionLink's corporate insurance standards
Use a mobile device for reporting purposes
Mobile and able to sit and/or stand for a minimum of six (6) hours
Able to lift 75 lbs.
Basic understanding and ability to use hand-held and power tools
