Job Description
Growing manufacturing facility in Aurora, CO is seeking an Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in delivering top quality products to their clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage order fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency. By adhering to our standard operating procedures, you will ensure the provision of quality products that meet our customers' specifications.
Essential Job Functions:
Operate warehouse machinery and tools, including forklifts and power tools, maintaining productivity and profitability.
Package and ship final products.
Pull, cut, stripe/dye or twist material as needed for orders.
Adhere to standard operating procedures for all tasks.
Manage scrap materials and breakdown unusable reels.
Perform rundowns post order completion and maintain accurate documentation.
Uphold cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and external parties to resolve issues promptly.
Promote company culture aligning with our mission, vision, purpose, and values.
Assist across various functions as needed.
Shift/Pay:
First shift position: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
$23hr - Weekly Pay
Skills:
Valid Driver’s License.
3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, machine operation, or related field preferred.
Basic computer operation skills or willingness to learn.
Ability to perform mathematical operations with large numbers.
Forklift experience is required.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills suited to a fast-paced environment.
Exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to superior service levels.
Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative.
Understanding of documentation and numerical data related to our products.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, pull, and maneuver heavy materials or equipment up to 100 lbs. regularly.
Prolonged standing and frequent bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching required.
Repetitive stepping up and down from material handling equipment throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
