Adobe Inc Technical Account Manager (multiple openings) in Austin, Texas

Build, develop, and maintain one-on-one relationships with large accounts. Duties include: Produce and deliver technical services specifically crafted to maintain operational health. Coordinate customer technical issues independently. Guide customer through complex environment changes. Engage in discussions with multiple personas including developers, analysts, and management regarding tasks, project cases, standard methodologies, and prioritization. Participate in project-based, consultant-led architectural and design discussions to ensure solutions are optimal for customers. Work on delivery of pro-active and preventative deliverables and best practices. May allow for partial telecommuting.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Computer Engineering or related field. Position requires the following: 1. Adobe Experience Platform and other Adobe DX solutions; 2. Information gathering, data analysis, or programming languages such as SQL; 3. Project management, including customer relationship management; 4. Technology and strategy consulting in digital marketing methodologies; and 5. Consultative and customer support, including technical or product presentations.
