As the CAD Drafter you would be responsible for creating 2D and 3D technical drawings using SolidWorks and CADD software. Job title: Drafter Location: Avon Shift: 1 ^st^ Salary: $22 to $37 an hour based on experience DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY Job Description:
- Creating 2 & 3-dimensional technical drawings, parts and assemblies that manufacturing uses to machine/construct components and finished goods using SolidWorks and CADD.
- Collaborate with other departments to design parts and assemblies
- Convert models into 2D print
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of SolidWorks 2017 or higher
- Strong knowledge of SolidWorks
- Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D Design
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Strong computer skills (Word/Acrobat Pro, Access, etc)
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
