Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BootStrap TypeScript Angular (versions 13-16) Spring Boot Core Java and Java. Experience in the Customer Service (Mortgage) domain is essential. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using BootStrap TypeScript Angular Spring Boot Core Java and Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Work closely with the customer service (mortgage) domain team to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
Ensure that all software developed is secure and compliant with industry standards.
Document software solutions and processes for future reference.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in BootStrap TypeScript Angular (versions 13-16) Spring Boot Core Java and Java.
Must have domain experience in Customer Service (Mortgage).
Should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Should have the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
Should have experience with agile development methodologies.
