Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BootStrap Type Script Spring Boot Angular 13-16 Java and Core Java. Experience in the Mortgage Loan domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using BootStrap Type Script Spring Boot Angular 13-16 Java and Core Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
Document software designs code and processes for future reference and maintenance.
Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with BootStrap Type Script Spring Boot Angular 13-16 Java and Core Java.
Should have a strong background in the Mortgage Loan domain.
Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Should have the ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing environments.
Must have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Should be proficient in using version control systems like Git.
Must have experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Should be able to mentor and guide junior developers.
