Position Summary:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Systems Support Analyst to provide essential system support and data analytics for BayCare’s supply chain operations. In this role, you will:
Maintain the accuracy of BayCare’s supply chain product formulary .
Provide end-user training and support for supply chain technologies, including WMS, ERP Systems, Voice Technology, and Mobile Handheld Devices .
Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades and modifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve MMIS interface errors, EDI & EFAX issues , and configure user profiles/accounts.
Leverage advanced Excel and Access skills to enhance data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of IS/IT "Super-user" experience OR 2 years of Systems Support experience .
2+ years of experience in Systems Support OR 1+ year of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree .
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or Healthcare-related field .
4+ years of experience in Information Technology or Materials Management .

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
