Job Title: Tool and Die Maker

Job Description

As a Tool and Die Maker, you will be part of a dynamic team in a diversified global manufacturer of industrial components. You will combine leading-edge manufacturing processes with a history of continuous innovation to produce quality products that meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow written work instructions as provided.

• Read and interpret complicated tool drawings.

• Fabricate and/or repair tools, fixtures, and machine parts.

• Manufacture quality products to meet customer requirements.

• Do complicated set ups and operations on machine tools such as lathes, standard and CNC mills, EDMs, grinders, hones, saws, CAD/CAM.

• Maintain a continuous material flow throughout the Tool & Die Process.

• Design and fabricate simple or complex jigs and fixtures.

• Make decisions using math, charts, tables, formulas, and knowledge of machining techniques and methods.

• Other duties as assigned or required for the department.

Work Environment

This position is for the 2nd shift, from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Overtime is available and should be expected. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment with access to advanced technologies and equipment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
