Sony Pictures Entertainment Sales Operations Coordinator (12-month Contractor) in Beijing, China

Business Background:

Based in our Beijing Office, the Sales Operations Coordinator will be working closely with local and regional Sales Planning & Operation team, supporting the operation and administration of the sales process related to Sony Pictures Television (SPT)’s distribution business in the Greater China market.

This position is a 12-month contractor role hired through a third-party vendor. However, the incumbent will closely collaborate with members of the SPT China team on daily basis in our office.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate and provide sales operation support focusing on the following aspects:

1)Take ownership of the preparation of the required and qualified materials for censorship submission, including summarizing and translating the product information, working with internal teams to ensure the timely creation and delivery of the localized assets, tracking and following up the submission status and progress.

2)Provide administrative support to the sales team in the territory, including preparing and reviewing the localized sales materials, presentations and product availability list.

3)Maintain the product database with the industrial review and ratings information from IMDB, Douban, Box Office Mojo, Maoyan etc.

4)Provide other ad hoc sales support activities as required

Job Requirements:

1)Degree holder in Language, Communication, Media, Information System or Business Administration related disciplines.

Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin, and proficient in English.

2)Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, mastering software in processing video/graphic materials is a plus.

3)Excellent communication skills to interact with internal cross-functional teams and external clients.

4)Excellent prioritization skills with ability to meet deadlines and handle day-to-day responsibilities with minimum supervision.

5)Attentive to details and accuracy.

职位要求:

1)语言、传播、媒体、信息系统或商业管理相关学科的学位持有者。

2)具有较强的普通话口头和书面沟通能力,精通英语。

3)精通Excel、Word和PowerPoint,掌握视频/图形材料处理软件者优先。

4)具有出色的沟通能力,能够与内部跨职能团队和外部客户进行互动。

5)具备优秀的优先级划分能力,能够在最小监督下满足截止日期并处理日常职责。

6)注重细节和准确性。
