Description and Requirements
岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Projects
• Lead and manage cross-functional strategic projects to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
2.Marketing Support
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing activities, including product launch events, promotional campaigns, and other initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality marketing deliverables to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
3.Operations Optimization
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend solutions to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
• Ensure seamless coordination between cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
4.Communication & Reporting
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration.
岗位要求/Job Requirements:
1.Education & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, or operations management.
• Proven track record of managing successful projects and marketing campaigns.
2.Skills & Competencies
• Strong English Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Marketing Expertise: Experience in managing product launch events, promotional campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations using tools like PowerPoint.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
