Who You Are

Prowess Consulting is looking for a Business Operations Program Manager, to work on a program, for one of our enterprise clients. This is an exciting role that requires a consultative approach to delivering transformative business outcomes.  This role will work with proven methodologies delivered by skilled Technical Architects, across a network of forty (40) locations around the world. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, project/program management and analytics, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to lead through influence in a multi-country, matrix organization.

This is a hybrid role and to be considered for this role, you must reside in the greater Seattle area. 

This is a full-time role, 5-month role, that can be worked remotely, however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone will be essential. No third-party agencies, please.

The Role and Responsibilities

Project management & reporting

  • Project Management: Planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, and to the required quality standards. Support critical project rhythms with performance insights that help demonstrate success and/or remove blockers.

  • Performance Metrics: Track defined success criteria and performance metrics, providing insights that can guide senior leadership towards execution excellence, identifying risk and opportunity, or where coaching may be needed.

  • Business Insights: Collaborate with and direct Data Scientist resources on the reporting teams to glean business insights and pose queries of program data.

    Driving Operational Excellence

  • Streamline Operational Processes: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, applying flexibility, root cause analysis, and documentation to drive operational excellence. 

  • Training and Consistency: Partner with Hub leaders and local teams on skilling plans and guidance for consistent program execution. 

    Supporting Planning activities

  • Program Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of global operational processes, guidance and best practices, ensuring easy access for team members across regions. 

  • Advocating Change: Drive buy-in and successful adoption of change initiatives across the Hub organization. Drive enablement planning & execution.

    Qualifications

  • 5+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement or operations

  • High proficiency in verbal and written communication, ability to interact with diverse groups across multiple organizational levels

  • Strong data manipulation and insights deduction skills, enabling the creation of actionable and coachable insights.

  • Experience working in a multi-country, matrix organization, demonstrating the ability to lead through influence.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and teams to understand process challenges and goals

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field

    Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Strong understanding of business process management

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data analysis, and process mapping

  • Creative problem-solving & analytical skills to drive keen insights and understand root causes combined with a “sense of urgency” to develop solutions

  • Growth mindset to continually be learning and improving, along with a passion to help others be successful.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross functional teams.

    Additional Details

  • The offered pay range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 per year), depending on experience.
