Philips Customer Project Specialist - Imaging Systems/Medical Construction - Northeast US in Bend, Oregon
Your role as a Customer Project Specialist will be to support the Zone Management Team and project managers in the designated installation area. Projects can include IT solutions, capital equipment installation and systems integration. This position will cover the Northeastern US.
Your role:
Full project management of upgrade orders and small item orders as assigned across the entire zone
Work with customers and internal resources to successfully plan and execute assigned projects
Ensure resources are allocated correctly to respective projects, manage resource extensions and project updates/notes
Support Zone Project Management organization in other activities within sales force to ensure team success and proper administrative closure.
Capture Meeting Minutes and distribute to all parties post meeting
Create initial build out of SOLiD project timelines
Document Lessons Learned throughout the project
Developing your future skill set to become a customer/construction project manager in an assigned territory in the future. (This will involve knowledge of construction and drawings as they relate to larger customer projects).
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree or related experience in Project Management, Supply Chain and/or Construction Management.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with customers at all levels in a hospital or medical environment and strong organizational and data tabulation skills (Excel and Salesforce).
Interest in growing into a Customer Project Manager in 2 to 3 years in an assigned territory. This will require a technical aptitude in construction drawings and site planning concepts.
Individual must be located in the Northeast US area to support surrounding project managers.
The applicable PMI certification per role/level is required for all Employees hired/re-hired into the CPM/CDM role (including internal transfers from a non-CPM/CDM role). PMI certification obtainment is required within a specific time of an employee’s start date in the CPM/CDM role. This time period is defined by the role/level and will be documented in the employment offer.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a Field based position in the Northeastern US .

The pay range for this position in Maine is $54,264 to $93,024..
The pay range for this position in Delaware, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania or Vermont is $57,120 to $97,920.
The pay range for this position in Maryland, New York or Rhode Island is $59,976 to $102,816.
The pay range for this position in Connecticut, Massachusetts or New Jersey is $63,974 to $109,670.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
