Job Description
Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.
As an experienced Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. As you work with Oracle Health technologies, you will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
You will use your troubleshooting skills to perform investigations of front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
You will also use your solution expertise to bring about Oracle Health’s innovations and solution capabilities. Our Solution Architects are also responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of a project/ investigation.
Your goal is incident resolution, application maintenance and to provide tangible and measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, with a strong focus on Pharmacy modules and integrated solution modules.
Proven experience on Oracle Health Pharmacy Inpatient, Outpatient & Supply chain, integrated Solution Modules (CareNet)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Customer service experience, at least 2 years
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium.
Experience in technical troubleshooting skills
Preferred Experience working with:
Pharmacy
Supply chain
Point of care
Discern Rule configurations (EKM Rules)
Oracle Health Custom Reporting (CCL)
Integrated Carenet modules
Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.
Software implementation work experience, at least 3+ years.
Health care information technology work, at least 3+ years.
Career Level - IC2
Responsibilities
Expectations:
Consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts for Pharmacy and Supply chain.
Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pharmacy and Supply chain.
Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
Stay current on involving features, functionalities and best practices related to Pharmacy and Supply chain.
Mitigate solution risks and issues.
Lead client meetings and events.
Drive internal team initiatives.
Travel need will be based on business (10% - 20%).
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
