Otis está creciendo y estamos reclutando un Ingeniero de Campo para nuestro equipo de México . El objetivo principal de la función es dar soporte técnico a campo y clientes de Otis en la investigación y solución de problemas con productos de equipo nuevo o servicio.
En un día normal tendrás que:
Llevar a cabo el análisis de la causa raíz en problemas técnicos e implementar acciones correctivas a través de la coordinación con la fuente de suministro, ingeniería de contrato o centro de servicio.
Dar soporte técnico a campo y clientes de Otis en la investigación y solución de problemas con productos de equipo nuevo o servicio
Desarrollar y mantener documentos técnicos usados en la comunicación al personal técnico
Participar cuando sea requerido en reuniones interdisciplinarias para dar apoyo en algun negocio importante para la empresa
Impartir capacitación técnica a los mecánicos o ajustadores de acuerdo con el programa de capacitación establecida

Educación superior obligatoria; Ingenierias o afín
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posición similar en la industria de los elevadores.
Inglés Intermedio
Disponibilidad para viajar
Sentirse cómodo con solucionar problemas técnicos en equipos de transportación vertical
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y muy orientado a equipos
