Job Title: Machine Operator
Starting Pay: $19.75( opportunity for growth)
Shift: 1st shift(6am-2:30pm)
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathe or mill machines.
Run programs to perform milling, drilling, threading, sawing, and boring of materials.
Gather materials/components and load/unload equipment.
Position work area and set parameters.
Utilize gauges, calipers, and micrometers to ensure product is within tolerance.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of CNC Machining Experience with lathe or mill.
Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, and Fanuc controls.
Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ability to set up and troubleshoot CNC machines.
Knowledge of G code and M code programming.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with vertical and horizontal mills.
Familiarity with Mastercam programming.
Strong problem-solving skills.

This position offers excellent pay progression, with raises every three months until topping out at $25.40. There are significant growth opportunities, with the potential to progress to a Machinist role with a starting pay of $24.76 per hour. Work Environment
This is a 1st shift position, working Monday to Friday from 6am to 2:30pm. Candidates must be open to working Saturdays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
