Whirlpool Corporation Manager, Talent Acquisition in Benton Harbor, Michigan
Maintain high visibility with and influence assigned business leaders and HR members. Provide day-to-day management and direction of strategic initiatives by managing a team of Talent professionals. Interface with other Talent COE and Business Stakeholders to gain insight into business talent needs and stay current on regional best practices and issues. Use knowledge and expertise in Talent to coach and develop Talent team members. Ensure System information is up to date and compliant with regional regulations. Act as Talent SME to advise and prioritize both local and global needs. Partner with HR Process Partners to ensure alignment and delivery for cross-functional initiatives and successful day-to-day Talent delivery. Monitor and measure the overall effectiveness/impact of the internal and external Talent strategies, Talent execution, and stakeholder/candidate satisfaction. Manage regional vendor relationships, contracts and performance. Work with procurement to provide requirements, participate in selection and manage ongoing regional vendor relationships. Will supervise 4 direct reports holding the title of Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition, with the number of reports and their job titles subject to change.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial & Labor Relations, Human Resources, Communications or related field plus 3 years of experience in the offered position or related occupation.
