Description
We are currently seeking for a results-driven Accounts Payable Specialist in a temporary to full-time role. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience with a proven knowledge of matching purchase orders.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounts payable functions ensuring accuracy and timeliness, including reviewing, processing and reconciliation of invoices.
Match purchase orders to invoices, verify appropriate approvals, and enter invoices into the system.
Ensure that all transactions comply with company’s policies and procedures.
Prepare accounts payable checks.
Generate reports detailing accounts payables.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies with invoices and purchase orders.
Requirements
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
Proficient knowledge of Netsuite is a must.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The individual in this position will be based at our Beverly Hills location and must be able to work on-site.
