Description:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in the manufacturing and fabrication of truck beds and bodies, primarily for the agriculture and construction industry. This role involves building and welding truck chasses, beds, bumpers, and gates. If you're passionate about steel fabrication and welding, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Weld and fabricate truck beds, chasses, bumpers, and gates.

  • Work with steel materials and various welding techniques (MIG, Flux Core, Stainless Steel).

  • Read and interpret industrial blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality in your work.

  • Assemble, fit, and weld steel components for ground-up fabrication.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Skills & Experience:

  • Welding: MIG, Flux Core, Stainless Steel welding.

  • Steel Fabrication & Fitting: Ability to fit steel and fabricate components from the ground up.

  • Blueprint Reading: 1-2 years of experience working off industrial blueprints.

  • Truck Body Fabrication: Experience with truck body construction and fabrication.

  • Top Skills: Welding, Steel Fabrication, MIG welding, and Truck Body construction.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working off industrial blueprints.

  • 1-3+ years of fitting steel and performing ground-up steel fabrication.

  • 1-2+ years of experience with Flux Core welding.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Experience Level: Intermediate

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
