At Cadbury World, we’re looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep our one-of-a-kind attraction running smoothly. From troubleshooting and repairing AV and mechanical assets to ensuring our interactive experiences and rides are operational every day, this role is crucial in delivering an amazing visitor experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Powering on/off AV and mechanical equipment daily and troubleshooting technical issues.
Performing emergency repairs and ongoing property maintenance, including building, carpentry, and plumbing.
Identifying and resolving faults in audio-visual equipment, heating, domestic water and compressed air systems.
Supporting customer service for visitors and emergency response protocols.
Working on exciting projects alongside the day-to-day maintenance.
This is a permanent and full-time role. Work schedule: 4 days on/4 days off shift pattern covering weekdays and weekends. This will include school and bank holidays as required. Flexibility will be required as time and days of shifts will vary.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in an “all-trade” maintenance role in a fast-paced, visitor-facing environment.
Proven experience using ladders, scaffolds, and MEWPs.
Technical troubleshooting within a property maintenance setting (Required).
Audio-visual equipment use and installation (Preferred).
Mechanical (visitor ride) equipment skills (Preferred).
Comfortable working at height using access equipment.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and basic IT skills.
