Position Overview The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring that all account activities align with client objectives and budgets. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and support to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.

This is a full time, direct hire role that will require you to be onsite in Birmingham, MI 3 days/week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Oversee budget management and allocation for client accounts
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and project outcomes
  • Manage resources effectively to meet client needs and project deadlines
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication with clients regarding project status and expectations
  • Execute marketing campaigns in alignment with client goals
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in account management or a similar role
  • Strong experience in budget management and financial reporting
  • Proven skills in relationship management and client communication
  • Experience in vendor management and coordination
  • Excellent organizational and resource management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies is a plus
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and experiential marketing is preferred
