JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY Performs a variety of semi-skilled Frame manufacturing operations. Reads and interprets Model Folders, Online technical System (OTIS) and Standard Manual Instructions (SMI). Must be able to read measurements and understand blueprints and have working knowledge of Shop Orders. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Read and understand Blue prints, OTIS, and SMI. Identify motor components required for operation. Use a variety of hand and power tools to setup and operate equipment. Make adjustments as necessary. Must have a high degree of hand - eye coordination and dexterity to perform required repetitive operations. Maintain production and quality standards and identify equipment and product malfunctions. Setup and operate equipment at required tolerances. Operate a variety of Powered Equipment safely at standard production rates. Inspect work and recognize conformance to Quality and Engineering specifications. Report issues and non-conformances to Department Lead. Use a computer to access required online information. Follows all safety rules and procedures. Keep work area and equipment in a clean, safe and orderly manner. Performs other duties as assigned, including training of other employees. Help in other departments as needed.
