Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Boca Raton, Florida

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry in Boca Raton, Florida. The role of the Customer Service Representative involves handling inbound calls from customers, processing orders, and closing sales. This role also requires liaising with doctors' offices for network management and handling associated paperwork.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers efficiently

• Process customer orders and ensure successful sales closure

• Maintain effective communication to address customer inquiries

• Utilize strong selling skills such as qualifying customers, overcoming objections, and closing deals

• Collaborate with doctor's offices for network management and handle associated paperwork

• Use data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. Requirements • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional educational qualifications would be considered favorably.

• Prior experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Data Entry is essential for this role.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

• Adherence to patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using healthcare software systems will be considered favorably.

• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high stress situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-centric approach are highly desirable.

• Flexibility with work hours, as shift work and weekend availability may be required.

• Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, will have an added advantage.

• Physical stamina to remain seated and focused for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• A basic understanding of medical terminology is beneficial.

• Candidates should be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a detail oriented manner.

• A commitment to ongoing development and learning is valued.

• Familiarity with insurance billing procedures and coding would be advantageous.
