Description
We are offering a temp to permanent employment opportunity for an Account Manager located in Bonita Springs, Florida. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our client relationships, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and ensuring precise documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality customer service to enhance our relationships with clients.
• Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries at the account level.
• Maintain precision and accuracy in all documentation and reports sent to clients.
• Use Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook, to manage and maintain complex spreadsheets.
• Request additional information or clarification from clients when necessary.
• Handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Take appropriate action to escalate client complaints to management.
• Use your time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Requirements
• Proficiency in email correspondence to ensure effective communication with clients and teams.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables to manage, analyze, and present data.
• Familiarity with Outlook for scheduling meetings, sending emails, and managing tasks.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner for record keeping.
• Capability to handle complex spreadsheets for advanced data analysis and reporting.
• Skills to create spreadsheets for organizing and presenting data in a comprehensible manner.
• Ability to maintain spreadsheets by regularly updating data and making necessary adjustments.
• General understanding and experience with spreadsheets for various business needs.
