Job Title: Architectural Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals. Additionally, you will oversee the architectural design process, ensuring compliance with local and federal building regulations and safety codes. Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders is crucial, as you will present progress reports and design proposals. Monitoring construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural designs and project specifications, addressing and resolving any issues or challenges during the project lifecycle, and assessing the environmental impact of projects to recommend sustainable practices are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.

  • Oversee the architectural design process, ensuring compliance with local and federal building regulations and safety codes.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, presenting progress reports and design proposals.

  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural designs and project specifications.

  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

  • Assess the environmental impact of projects and recommend sustainable practices.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in architectural design software - especially Revit.

  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale architectural projects.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and the latest industry trends.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

  • 15 - 20 years of experience in the architecture industry.

  • Professional certification is preferred.

Work Environment

This role operates on a hybrid model with an onsite office in Boston. The project to be managed is located in Revere, MA. You will work with large scale teams on large scope projects. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $67.00/hr.
