As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will be at the forefront of strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Amazon Business’s Vending Program. In this influential role, you will lead high-impact projects and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role will be pivotal in launching new vending customers, onboarding new vending providers, and driving our overall vending strategy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing complex, interdependent projects with significant business impact.

This role is directly responsible for building, optimizing, and evolving our Vending program (PPE, IT accessories, etc). The Sr SC Manager will create a single source of truth for the vending roadmap, build technical requirements and be the driver of successful vending expansion. You will own and execute complex projects and programs working across all aspects of ABServ including Operations, Sales, Vendor Management and Tech. The role focuses on creation and execution of an effective PMO mechanisms and vending roadmap development.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own development, improvement and evolution of the vending program and work collaboratively with our partner teams to ensure we maintain a single source of truth for vending partners, roadmap, and joint technical requirements.

  • Work with partner teams to drive timely, efficient and effective engagement with their projects and initiatives.

  • Be the single threaded owner of Vending and lead business reviews, annual planning, and team mechanisms like calendar/schedule, roadmaps, and shared resources, eg. wiki, file sharing etc.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, or PMP

  • Experience defining and executing program requirements

  • Experience being responsible/leading large and complex negotiations

  • 4+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
