Pinelake Church High School Associate (Reservoir Campus) in Brandon, Mississippi
SUMMARY
The High School Associate at Pinelake Church, Reservoir Campus will lead, shepherd, and guide the spiritual development of female high school students through the investment in female leaders who live out the ministry vision and mission alongside the rest of the High School Team.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of Pinelake Church.
Assists the Lead Student Pastor to work toward excellence in all areas of high school ministry.
As part of the overall Reservoir staff team, participates in campus-wide ministry events and the shepherding of our Reservoir faith family.
Basic personal responsibilities:
Maintain a vital and growing personal walk with the Lord through committed Bible study, prayer, meditation, and practicing L3.
Maintain proper priorities in your home including your spouse and children (if married and/or with children).
Faithfully support the ministries of Pinelake by maintaining wise stewardship measures over the resources entrusted to you.
Maintain active participation in community.
Reflect a growing awareness and practice of personal Emotional Healthy Spirituality.
Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of Pinelake Church (Colossians 3:23-24).

SPECIFIC LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES
Collaborate with the Lead Student Pastor to be the shepherds of leaders, students, and families within the High School Ministry.
Through the leadership of the Lead Student Pastor, collaborate with multi-campus Student Ministry staff and One Church NextGen Team to create and implement a Biblical strategy for reaching students, leaders, and families.
Shepherd and lead the female ninth through twelfth graders and female servant leaders involved in Pinelake High School Ministry.
Creatively plan and promote events and opportunities for student engagement and discipleship – including catalytic experiences like retreats and summer camp.
Be a part of the 'teaching team' and planning process for student gatherings/events that creatively impact students with solid Biblical truth.
Work weekly with the NextGen worship staff and other student staff in planning, organizing, and leading the weekly gatherings.
Recruit, assimilate, equip, and encourage small group leaders to have successful disciple-making moments, interactive small groups, and a good understanding of the overall purposes/plan of the ministry.
Encourage and equip parents for the sake of discipling their students.
Support the assimilation of high school students and their families into the life of the church.
Develop relationships with the administrators, students, and teachers in local high schools.
Facilitate, plan, and schedule in-school visits, attending extra-curricular functions, and serve as a resource to the schools.
Under the leadership of the Lead Student Pastor, engage students in local and national mission experiences, in collaboration with the One Church Missions Team and the One Church NextGen team.
Provide oversight for and leadership to Pinelake's Our House Promise strategy, while also ensuring compliance with Our House Promise safety policies.
Assist in managing and stewarding the budget for High School Ministry under the oversight of the Lead Student Pastor and Director of Ministry.
Be an active and engaged ministry team member at major Reservoir Campus Events.
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree minimum; and intern experience, ministry related experience and/or training minimum.
