Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced, customer-focused position, you will manage inbound calls, process orders, handle inventory tickets, and support inventory management tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through SAP and ERP systems.
Manage and track customer service tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Assist with inventory management by updating inventory data and responding to related inquiries.
Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests regarding products, services, and order status.
Provide accurate, clear, and consistent information to clients regarding their orders and inquiries.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on inbound calls and order processing.
Proficiency with SAP and ERP systems is required. Experience in order processing and inventory management.
Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional follow-up skills, with the ability to track and manage service tickets efficiently.
Client-facing experience, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to speak professionally at all times.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
