Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative for a long-term contract role in Bridgewater, NJ. In this position, you will deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, processing orders, and addressing customer issues.
Responsibilities
Interact professionally and politely on the phone with customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in computer systems.
Take inbound calls to facilitate the order process and address order-related questions.
Make outbound calls to follow up on any pending orders or requests.
Answer internal inquiries regarding order status, inventory status, and portal questions.
Communicate the value and benefits of using the service to customers.
Maintain privacy and confidentiality in compliance with all applicable guidelines and policies.
Provide assistance with devices, including troubleshooting and resolving issues over the phone.
Provide outstanding customer service by delivering clear, helpful, and empathetic responses to inquiries.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Proficiency in using customer service software is required
• Strong knowledge of various computer programs is essential
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service is a must
• Experience in data entry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Must have a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies in the industry.
