Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is looking to add a qualified full-time Physical Therapist Aide Lead in Bridgewater, NJ

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

• CPR from AHA required

Preferred:

• Physical Therapy experience in an outpatient medical setting a plus

• Basic anatomy and physiology terminology and previous aide or related experience

Scheduling Requirement:

• Day Shift, 40 hours/week

• Full Time Schedule

Essential Functions:

• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of aides

• Performing inventory and ordering clinic supplies

• Assisting physical therapists with patient care such as patient transfers onto and off of treatment tables and equipment

• Maintain treatment area, general housekeeping, retrieving equipment such as hot packs, cold packs, electrical equipment

• Assist in clerical needs of department such as answering phones and taking messages
