Hiring Maintenance Technicians in Brighton, CO
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and industrial repairs on production equipment, as well as conducting preventative maintenance and responding to reactive maintenance needs. This role requires you to function independently, take initiative, and have a hands-on working knowledge of single and three-phase industrial electricity and machine repair.
Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical, electrical, and industrial repairs on production equipment.
Conduct preventative maintenance schedules accurately and timely.
Respond to reactive maintenance needs.
Function independently and take initiative in maintenance equipment repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
Demonstrate hands-on working knowledge of single and three-phase industrial electricity and machine repair.
Qualifications/Skills:
1+ year of industrial maintenance experience
Troubleshooting (Mechanical and Electrical)
Hydraulics and Pneumatics
Preventive Maintenance experience
Schematic and Blueprint Reading
Conveyor Systems
Motors
Installation
Hand Tool Proficiency

Work Environment
You will start with daytime training for 2-3 weeks, working hands-on with leads, Monday through Friday starting at 5:30 am.
After training, you will move to shift maintenance, with 12-hour shifts on a 2x2x3 schedule on night shift from 5:30 pm to 5:00 am.
You will join a maintenance team of six technicians.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00
