Job Title : Warehouse Associate
Shift: 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 8-5)
Pay: $18 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves measuring, picking, and handling pipe materials, as well as operating forklifts and overhead cranes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Measure and verify pipe sizes using a tape measure
Accurately pick and organize pipe materials for shipment
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (remote and warehouse type) to move materials
Ensure correct inventory levels and stock organization
Perform general warehouse tasks and maintain a clean, safe work area
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks
Qualifications
Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
Experience with overhead crane operation (remote and warehouse cranes)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
Basic math and measurement skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical Demands
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, bending, and walking in a warehouse environment
