Honeywell Lead Field Service Technician- Fire Protection Systems in Brook Park, Ohio
As a Fire Field Service Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing field service support for our customers fire protection systems. You will be a part of a team of field service professionals, ensuring the successful execution of service activities and the delivery of high-quality customer service solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute service plans, ensuring that all customer requirements are met. You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Cleveland, Ohio location on a Monday through Friday work schedule with On Call responsibilities on a rotating basis. This is a physically demanding position and will be lifting 35 ft fire poles overhead for extended periods of time.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our field service operations. You will be responsible for being part of a team of service professionals providing support to resolve complex customer issues and driving improvements in our service processes. At Honeywell, our field service professionals play one of the most critical roles in supporting our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE
Passion for working in the Fire Life Safety field.
Ohio fire license
NICET II or working towards achieving
Working knowledge of Notifier
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in field service of fire protection systems.
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in fire protection technologies
Strong knowledge of computers, programming, component replacement
Willing to work in a physically demanding role, will be lifting 35-foot fire poles overhead for extended periods of time
Strong customer service skills
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
