Robert Half Accounts Receivable Specialist in Broomfield, Colorado
Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Broomfield, Colorado office. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer credit applications, maintaining precise credit records, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take prompt action when necessary. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage and process customer credit applications
• Keep precise records of customer credit
• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate action as needed
• Utilize accounting software systems for efficient operation
• Manage billing functions and accounts receivable
• Oversee cash activity and ensure accurate recording
• Employ CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Carry out various accounting functions as required. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Ability to handle various Accounting Functions
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Understanding of Billing Functions
• Capability to manage Cash Activity
