As an Account Coordinator, you are responsible for the day-to-day administration of outside vendor account management. This position will coordinate and facilitate offers for lines of credit, reviewing terms against templates and identifying deviations, maintain data integrity in the systems by running queries, analyzing data, and creating and running various audits. Act as a point of contact for field operations staff, assisting with account management troubleshooting and issue resolution. Perform payment remittance verification, transactional data entry with consistent follow-up to facilitate the completion of outside vendor setup and collaborate with applicable business teams, acting as a liaison for troubleshooting and resolving internal ERP account related issues. Critical for success are the abilities to work in a demanding environment while demonstrating self-motivation and focus, provide a high level of customer service, and be a supportive team player. Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail are a must.

  • High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination

  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Demonstrates speed and accuracy in data entry

  • Administrative experience (desired)
