Aerotek is Hiring for a Production Assembler
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Production Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will work with a team to complete production orders for medical devices. You will be trained on 13 stations over a period of 2-3 months and will be provided with written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment both independently and with team members.

Responsibilities
Work with a team to complete production orders.
Train on 13 different stations over a 2-3 month period.
Assemble units using small hand tools with written English instructions.
Maintain a fast-paced workflow to prevent bottlenecking.
Work in a cleanroom environment on a rotating schedule, standing for the entire shift.
Label products, seal packaging pouches, and perform other tasks in the cleanroom.
Lift up to 30lbs (not repetitively).
Essential Skills
Valid visa for at least 2 years from the date of hire.
1 year of recent experience in a similar environment.
1 year minimum recent experience in a fast-paced production role.
Experience using small basic hand tools (crimpers, screwdrivers, tweezers).
Ability to work with small pieces and parts during assembly.
Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Basic computer skills.
Good English communication skills, both verbal and reading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Soldering experience.
PCB assembly experience in a highly regulated environment.
Ability to read instructions for soldering and match up numbers to wires.
