DRIVER RECRUITER
Job description
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit applicants for truck drivers; primarily over the phone
- Schedule and make arrangements for drivers to report for orientation. On occasion, attend orientation or conduct portions of orientation program
- Assemble and mail out promotional material.
- Occasionally visit training schools, attend trade shows and travel promoting KLLM.
- Responsible for applicant data input.
- Must be flexible in work hours
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years college or 2 years work related experience within the trucking industry.
- Familiar with industry, state, and federal hiring requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and initiative.
- Demonstrate strong communications skills, both written and oral.
- Basic PC skills required.
- Ability to multi-task.
