Your role and responsibilities
Building integrations: Design and develop automation workflows (recipes) and custom connectors for systems like CRM, ERP, and marketing tools.
Data transformation: Map and transform data between different formats.
Testing and troubleshooting: Ensure integrations work as expected, troubleshoot issues, and implement error handling.
Optimization: Enhance the performance and scalability of integrations.
Collaboration: Work with business analysts, stakeholders, and teams to meet business needs and provide technical solutions.
Documentation and maintenance: Document solutions, maintain integrations, and handle version control.
Security and compliance: Ensure secure handling of data and compliance with regulations.
Continuous improvement: Stay updated with new features and suggest process enhancements.
Required technical and professional expertise
Workato Platform Knowledge: Expertise in building and managing automation workflows (recipes) using Workato's connectors.
API Integration: Proficiency in integrating with REST and SOAP APIs, handling authentication (OAuth, tokens).
Scripting & Customization: Ability to write custom scripts (Ruby/JavaScript) for advanced logic and data processing.
Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and integrating them into workflows.
