Philips Product Marketing Manager in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Product Marketing Manager

While focusing on Clinical Informatics, you will be part of a global team of marketing professionals and will support the continued growth of Philips global advanced visualization and urology solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales enablement programs that drive demand and commercial success for our Clinical Informatics solutions in key markets.

Your role:

  • Developing messaging, content strategy, and activation for DynaCAD, UroNav, as well as other clinical solutions. Planning and implementing global marketing and training with markets and product management, including budget and ROI management.

  • Creating compelling customer-facing sales and marketing assets in collaboration with product management, clinical experts, and regulatory. Planning and activating product content for events, including demo support.

  • Working with KOLs for peer-to-peer content in webinars, hands-on sessions, videos, and symposia, including contracting. Developing reference sites and reference site agreements with regions.

  • Collaborating with regional and market teams on marketing plan activation and ROI analysis.

  • Monitoring the competitive landscape and providing competitive positioning and battlecards.

  • Managing content on sales and partner portals.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 3+ years experience working in marketing medical devices, developing compelling sales & marketing content, strong digital experience and digital content creation.

  • Your skills include communication tools like SharePoint, Teams, etc.; proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; experience establishing and managing a marketing budget; and proficient at setting priorities, taking ownership and driving results.

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree preferably in business, healthcare/med-tech business, clinical.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

  • You’re a strong collaborator that can work effectively with cross-functional teams in an international environment and has experience in working with external agencies and professional organizations.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Gainesville, FL is $95,000 to $152,000.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $106,000 to $170,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
