Day to day
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join one of our simulation software engineering clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of both technical and business-related Salesforce architecture best practices. They will collaborate closely with business leaders and customers, effectively interfacing with executives to simplify and present complex ideas. Additionally, they will provide guidance on best practices for the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Additional responsibilities will include
Drive the technical design and implementation of Salesforce/Force.com projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Guide businesses in Account Management, opportunity processes, Sales Support, quoting and ordering, finance system integration, and customer support processes.
Design complex solutions, including data modeling, workflow automation, and integrations with other upstream and downstream systems such as ERP, licensing portals, and data warehouses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, data models, and technical specifications.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
o Both Technical and Business facing!!
Combination of experiences in Salesforce cloud products including
o Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud or Revenue cloud
Experience with Salesforce data modeling, workflow automation, and integration with other Salesforce clouds null
