Stryker Cell Lead Warehouse - 1st Shift - $26.30/hr in Chandler, Arizona
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday- Friday 5:00am-1:30pm, Overtime as needed
What you will do:
Lead daily Tier 1 meetings for the warehouse team.
Responsible for tracking and updating on relevant metrics and recording/tracking efficiency issues or concerns as related to the warehouse.
Responsible for RDI storage and inventory updates in JDE.
Schedules outbound shipments.
Oversees warehouse operations related to the docks.
Ensure departmental compliance with all established Stryker policies, and ensures safety compliance to forklift usage and training.
Partners with supervisor to ensure all team members are adequately trained and maintain completed competencies and ensure all employees are following standardized work and completing quality records accurately.

What you need:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School or GED
3 years of relevant experience

- APA Experience, or other tracking systems
