Regulatory Operations is seeking a Business Execution Director to lead the Currency Transaction Reporting Regulatory Group (CTRRG). CTRRG, in accordance with the Financial Crimes Reporting and Recordkeeping for Transactions Policy, prepares and electronically files CTRs with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank
In this role, you will:
Lead the Currency Transaction Operations ("CTR") organization including developing and executing key strategic initiatives.This position will do this through senior leadership and influence and will require engaging and leading partners in Product and Transformation, Business Groups and Enterprise Functions, and key Control and Compliance partners.
Manage 100+ staff performing key CTR Operations Functions to ensure regulatory deliverables are being met timely and accurately.This includes indirectly managing global staff in India and the Philippines.This position will be required to drive the location strategy for the organization to ensure the operating model is efficient and resilient.This position will develop the strategy for on-going development of staff skills
Lead Business Execution team for assigned initiatives ensuring solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Drive the data strategy for developing and enhancing metrics and performance indicators for (i) managing the production of the CTR teams, (ii) the performance of business partners involved in the CTR operational lifecycle, (iii) and operational expenses related to the various operational touchpoints and processes.
This position will manage teams across the United States and have oversight across the India and Philippines teams and will need to develop and drive the strategy around leading an inclusive environment to ensure everyone feels like they are belonging and contributing.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management experience

Experience managing with data to drive performance, influence decisions, and reduce inefficiency
Experience creating e a diverse and inclusive culture across multiple site locations
Excellent communication skills and experience communicating in front of senior leadership and stakeholders
Experience developing target operating models and partnering with product and change teams to drive implementation and execution
Job Expectations:
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
